SooperVision is a monthly subscription per centre. The monthly fee covers the software, alerting, compliance records, updates and Australian support. There is a one-off setup for the on-site edge device and configuration.
What changes the monthly price?
The number of cameras and zones being monitored, and whether you are a single service or a multi-site provider. Multi-site groups are quoted at a lower per-centre rate.
Do I need to buy new cameras?
No. The subscription runs on your existing CCTV, so there is no camera replacement cost in most centres.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Subscriptions are billed monthly on an annual term. Start with one centre, then extend across your group.
