Fits your existing cameras
1. Camera review
We review your current camera layout and coverage remotely and identify any blind spots worth addressing.
2. Preconfigured device ships
It arrives set up for your cameras and zones. Connect it to your network and it starts monitoring.
3. Zone configuration
Rooms, yards, gates and sleep areas are mapped as zones with the rules that matter to your service.
4. Alerts to your team
Educators and the nominated supervisor receive alerts on a phone or tablet, with timestamped records that can support review and documentation.

Common questions
Do I need to replace my existing childcare CCTV?
No. SooperVision connects to the cameras and recorder you already have. If a camera is IP based and reachable on your local network, it can usually be used as is.
What is the difference between CCTV and AI supervision?
CCTV records footage for review after an incident. AI supervision analyses the same footage live and alerts an educator while there is still time to act.
Is footage sent to the cloud?
No. Video is processed on an edge device installed inside your centre. Footage stays on site, and CCTV supervision does not use face matching or store biometric data.
Is CCTV in childcare allowed in Australia?
Cameras are used in many Australian services provided families and staff are informed, the purpose is clear, access is restricted and handling follows the Privacy Act and your state regulator's guidance. SooperVision is designed to support that approach by keeping footage on site.
