    Is Educator Attendance connected to CCTV?

    No. Educator Attendance runs on a dedicated sign-in device. It is not connected to CCTV supervision, and CCTV supervision does not recognise or identify anyone.

    Do educators have to use face check-in?

    Face verification is consent-based. Services should offer an alternative sign-in method for educators who do not consent.

    Is it used to monitor educator performance?

    No. The module records sign-in and sign-out times and class counts for attendance and ratio evidence. It is not used for performance monitoring.

    What reports does it produce?

    Automated attendance reports showing educator sign-in and sign-out times alongside room or class child counts, which can support ratio and staffing records.
