Is your childcare centre using AI safety monitoring?
Some Australian centres now add AI-assisted alerts to their existing CCTV, so educators know sooner when a child may be alone, a gate is open or cover is thin. Here is what that means for your family.
What it does, in plain English
Cameras the centre already has are watched by software running on a small device on-site. When something looks like a supervision risk, the software sends an alert to educators so they can check straight away. Educators remain responsible for supervision at all times.

Does SooperVision identify my child?
No. CCTV supervision does not recognise or identify anyone. Face recognition is intentionally switched off on CCTV. It detects people, counts and safety events only, and faces are blurred in alert snapshots.
Is video of my child sent to the cloud?
No. Video is processed on-site at the centre. Only alert snapshots with faces blurred and event records reach the centre's dashboard.
Does it replace educators?
