    For childcare groups

Every centre. One view. No surprises.

SooperVision gives childcare groups live supervision alerts and central reporting across every centre, on the CCTV you already have. Devices arrive preconfigured. Plug them in and they're running.

The problems we hear from group operators

Running 5, 20 or 50 centres is a different job

"I can't be at every centre."

Area managers spend their days driving between sites and still only see a snapshot. SooperVision shows live alerts and trends for every centre on one dashboard, on the web or your phone.

"Supervision practice varies from centre to centre."

New directors, agency staff and turnover mean every centre runs slightly differently. Set the same alert rules across the group, then fine-tune each camera and zone to the centre's layout.

"One incident hits the whole brand."

A serious incident at one centre becomes a headline about all of them. Real-time alerts help each team respond while there is still time to act, and every alert and response is timestamped.

"Our CCTV records, but nobody is watching it - and every centre has different cameras."

Most groups already have cameras in every centre, often different brands after acquisitions. SooperVision works with standard IP cameras and recorders from any brand, turning that existing investment into live supervision without new cameras or rewiring.

"We don't have an IT department for this."

No servers to build, no specialist set-up at each centre. Each centre receives a preconfigured device. Connect it to the network and it's running.

"Assessment and rating visits keep coming, centre after centre."

Show assessors objective supervision evidence for QA2 and QA7: timestamped alerts, responses and trend reports for every centre, ready to export.

Why the sector is moving to CCTV - and why recording alone isn't enough

Since 2025, governments, regulators and researchers across Australia have put CCTV and supervision at the centre of child safety reform. Here is what they have said.

“If deterrence is going to work, how you set them up is just as critical as whether you’ve got them there at all.”

“CCTV can play a role in supporting child safety in early childhood settings.”

    - Australian Government Department of Education, National CCTV assessment

The 2025 independent review of the NSW early childhood regulator recommended a condition on all new childcare service approvals requiring CCTV, “for the purpose of protecting the safety and welfare of children.”

Victoria’s 2025 Rapid Child Safety Review recommended a national trial of CCTV in early childhood services. Education Ministers agreed to a national assessment in up to 300 services.

“Personal device use in education and care services has proven to increase the risk of harm to children.”

“There is a significant danger in assuming CCTV alone can keep children safe.”

That's the gap SooperVision closes. Cameras that only record are reviewed after something has gone wrong. SooperVision watches the same cameras live, alerts educators while there is still time to act, flags personal phones in children's areas, and keeps a timestamped record - with video kept on site and no face recognition on CCTV.

Each centre receives an edge device already set up for its cameras and zones.

    3. 3

      Plug in and go

Connect the device to the centre's network. It starts monitoring straight away.

      Alerts to your team

Directors, area managers and head office receive alerts on the app, with group reporting from day one.

Start with one centre, then roll out across the group at your pace. No disruption to the daily program.

Every alert tells you exactly where to look

Alerts arrive as push notifications on Apple and Android phones and tablets, with a snapshot (faces blurred), the centre, camera name, zone and exact time. That means anyone can go straight to the right camera and moment on your NVR to review the recording - no scrubbing through hours of footage.

    • Push notifications on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets
    • Snapshot with faces automatically blurred
    • Centre, camera name, zone and exact time on every alert
    • Go straight to the matching recording on your existing NVR
    • Choose who gets which alerts: room leaders, directors, area managers or head office

    Frequently asked questions

Can we monitor all our centres from one place?

Yes. Head office and area managers see live alerts, status and reports for every centre on one dashboard, on the web portal or the mobile app.

How hard is it to deploy across many centres?

Each centre receives a preconfigured device after a remote camera review. Connect it to the centre's network and it starts monitoring. No servers and no specialist set-up at each site.

Do our centres need the same cameras?

No. SooperVision works with standard IP cameras and recorders, so centres you have acquired with different camera brands can still be connected.

What does an alert look like?

A push notification on Apple or Android phones and tablets with a snapshot (faces blurred), the alert type, centre, camera name, zone and exact time, so you can go straight to the recording on your NVR.

Can we set different rules for different centres?

Yes. Every camera and every alert is configurable through the interface: zones, detections, thresholds, schedules and who is notified. Set group defaults, then adjust per centre.

    Who can see what?

Access is role-based. Room leaders and directors see their own centre; area managers see their region; head office sees the group.

    Does it monitor educators?

No. Alerts and reports are about rooms, zones, times and routines. SooperVision does not track, score or rank individual staff.

    Is there a group discount?

Yes. Groups receive a reduced per-centre rate. Contact us for a written quote.
